-The workout begins with 25 Russian KB Swings/50 Ab Mat Sit Ups/50 Double Unders, then 20 Russian KB Swings/40 Ab Mat Sit Ups/40 Double Unders….and so on.
-Sub for DU’s will be 2x’s single rope jumps
1) Devote 20 minutes to mobility work
