“Hang in There Partner”
Every minute on the minute (with a partner) for 20 minutes:
5 Thrusters (95/65)
Partner 1 completes 5 thrusters and 5 burpees while Partner 2 is hanging from a pull-up bar. Whatever time is left in the minute (after Partner 1 has finished the reps) is rest time for both. Partner 2 will then complete 5 thrusters and 5 burpees while Partner 1 hangs from a pull-up bar…and so on alternating for 20 minutes.
